Shipping & Delivery Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

  • All sweets should be consumed as per packaging guidelines provided. All chocolate based must be refrigerated at all times.
  • For express, urgent or same day delivery, please contact us thru whatsapp or email before 12noon and we will try our best to accommodate. 
  • For corporate enquiries please contact us over email or whatsapp.

Normal delivery sgd18 (inc. Gst)
24-48 hours from date of order, unless we notify you of any changes.

Delivery timings

If you need next day delivery, orders must be placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be sent out on the following day. We reserve the right to not be able to fulfill next day shipping if production is unable to produce the goods in time.

  • Our delivery timings occur between 10am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday

Important notes:

  • We do engage third party vendors to provide delivery services for us from time to time and during our peak seasons.
  • Customers are required to check and ensure that all billing and addresses are correct. We are not liable for any wrong deliveries. 
  • We do not deliver internationally.
  • We only deliver within Singapore (islandwide) at $10 (inc gst) per location.
  • Our deliveries are scheduled between 10am to 6pm daily, including public holidays (except holidays listed on our site)
  • For any unsuccessful deliveries and/or changes of address, if a request to reattempt to deliver is needed, a re-delivery fee of $15 (inc gst) per location shall apply and be payable before the reattempt is made.
  • All deliveries will have a proof of delivery notification that is available to clients upon request. Dollyaunty shall in no way be liable for any damages thereafter.
  • Dollyaunty shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle’s breakdown, traffic conditions and/ or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to peak season busy periods or public holidays.
  • For the sake of liability and our commitment to food safety, we prefer not to leave temperature-sensitive items unattended. Should you still wish for our drivers to leave the items outside the premises, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the items thereafter.
